About
Building systemic intelligence for precision care
Cardiomnis AI Private Limited is a Chennai-based health technology company developing AI-enabled clinical intelligence and workflow solutions for chronic disease care.
Our initial focus is chronic kidney disease detection-to-prevention for people living with type 2 diabetes and hypertension. Our broader vision extends across interconnected cardio-renal-metabolic and pulmonary conditions.
Our mission
To help healthcare organisations identify preventable risk earlier and translate clinical information into coordinated, measurable action.
Our vision
A healthcare system in which chronic disease intelligence is proactive, connected and available at every important point in the care pathway.
Our name
Why Cardiomnis
The name Cardiomnis combines a cardio-led clinical foundation with an “omnis” or whole-system perspective.
It reflects our belief that chronic disease cannot be understood through a single organ, test or encounter. Cardiovascular, renal, metabolic and pulmonary risks are interconnected—and the intelligence supporting care should be equally connected.
